Ken goes for the gold medal at 8:50 this morning. A bunch of us got together to have a little party tonight and celebrate his achievement. We've all crashed in the living room now. Hamish and I are the only two still awake although Hamish is about to fall asleep now that he crawled into the sofa chair. We have the timer set to go off at 8 to wake us so we can watch the match. I'm gonna go over and crawl on the couch with my man and snuggle in with him and get a few hours sleep. Good luck Ken.

We watched the match tonight when we got home. He was robbed. They didn't give him points that he should have gotten. But he was great with the way he kissed the medal of the dude who one. He showed class and silver is not bad.
He has always shown class. Yeah, he didn't get points he should have, but the whole tournament was like that. But a silver medal for him and two bronze for the other guys is still a great showing against fighters from the home country. Hopefully it will tip in the other direction when the games go to London in four. For us, Kenny winning silver is still something we're all proud of.
He won the silver medal. I watched on the tv tonight. I think he was jipped with the point counts though. Boxing seems fixed this Olympics.
