Leaving For The Boondocks

We are packed and ready to head to the airport for our flight to the States. This will be my mans first visit to the states to see where I grew up. It will be fun for me to see how he handles country life. I am excited for him to see where I come from. There is so much I want to show him. I'm taking him to his first rodeo and hockey game. I am excited to hang out with my old friends again and see some family.

The cutest thing happened last night when I got my bags out to pack. My cat knows that means traveling is involved, so he spent the whole night snuggled in my arms in bed. Fortunately he loves my roommate so he will be OK while I am gone.

Just wanted to say hi. I don't know if you remember me. I met you online through your cousin on his JUB account. I was iowagunns.

I just found your blog and think it is great. I'm glad rugby recovered from his accident. I would love to hear from you and him. I miss talking to ya'll. I don't post on JUB as much since ya'll left. I tried to e-mail and it got sent back.

Hello David. I remember your screen name though I don't think you and I talked much, I think it was because my cousin talked a lot of you. He is doing good. I got to visit him twice last year. He lives in London now. He is still single. He reads my blog so he may see that you said hello and get in touch with you.

David, I noticed my cousin posted on this thread earlier today. But none of these comments were posted until now so he didn't see your comment. Next time I talk to him I will tell him I heard from you.
