Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf? That does sound like a good punching bag song (speed bag OR heavy bag).
Joey, I like to listen to that for the heavy bag. I also like Britney's Womnizer for jumping rope. Not sure if its just because the beat is good to jump rope too or because I'm gay. lol
