A search is continuing today for a fisherman who has been missing at sea off the west Cork Coast since yesterday. The man fell overboard from the Irish fishing boat, the Janireh, 11 miles southwest of the Fastnet Lighthouse at around 2am.
The Navy's LE Emer, RNLI lifeboats from Baltimore and Castletownbere and a number of local fishing boats as well as the Coast Guard Helicopter are assisting in the search.
